1. The personal data supplied through the website owned by SECUWARE, , www.secuware.com (hereinafter, SECUWARE.COM) is entered into an automatic file property of SECUWARE, for the purpose of managing the relationship between SECUWARE and the Users of its website, to facilitate communications with such Users and their use of the services available on SECUWARE.COM, as well as for the dispatch of commercial and general information about SECUWARE or its products which may be of interest to the Users.

2. In the event that the use of any service on SECUWARE.COM, requires the Users to furnish their personal data, the said Users hereby guarantee that the data furnished is true, accurate, complete and updated, as such Users shall be liable for any direct or indirect damage that may arise as a consequence of non-compliance with such obligation. 4. SECUWARE prohibits the use of its website services by minors. Therefore, minor Users must have the prior consent of their parents or guardians to use such services. SECUWARE shall be exempt from all liability arising from non-compliance with this requirement.

5. SECUWARE stores the data in servers located at the facilities of an entity in Germany and, in line with its concern for guaranteeing the security and confidentiality of such data, has adopted the security levels required for protection of personal data and has installed all the technical media available to avoid the loss, unauthorised use, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the personal data furnished through SECUWARE.COM.

6. SECUWARE does not use cookies in its web page and thus does not monitor navigation by its Users.

7.
